GENERAL CONDITIONS

The registration and the use of the services of “Der duft Siziliens I profumi di Sicilia” involves the acceptance from the purchaser of the General Conditions that are reported here. Only adults over age 18 can register and use the services. Anyone who intends to register himself is obliged to indicate exclusively his own personal data and guarantees that the data is truthful, correct and updated.

1. Prices and arrival in the vacation places

The rates are calculated in Euro and include the elaboration of the stay indicated in the booking. The selected price DOES NOT include the eventual personal expenses such as the use of the minibar, telephone, pay TV and other extra services offered by the hotel. If an arrival delay is expected, please contact the agency to inform about the delay and to know the procedures adopted in these cases.

2. Information about booking and payment

For a further guarantee of the transaction, at the end of the online operation the purchaser will receive two e-mails:

The names indicated on the booking must be the names of the persons registering for the trip.

3. Travel documents

To enjoy the purchased stay, it is essential to present yourself at the reception of the vacation place with the travel documents directly printed with the purchaser computer. The travel documents are printable at the end of the transaction (booking and relative payment). The travel documents are not modifiable.

4. Cancellation of the booking and no show

It is necessary to pay 30 % of the entire amount of the vacation unless other arrangements are made based on the selected vacation. The rest of the amount has to be paid at least 30 days before the departure. 
In case of a cancellation or no show, there will be a penalty applied:
If there is a cancellation or no show
up to 60 days prior to arrival - 40% fee of the total amount
up to 59 - 42 days prior to arrival - 50 % of the total amount
up to 41 - 22 days prior to arrival - 60 % of the total amount
up to 21 - 15 days prior to arrival - 80 % of the total amount
up to 14 - 8 days prior to arrival - 90 % of the total amount

No refund with cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival.
In the case of a cancellation, the purchaser must contact the agency “Der Duft Siziliens I profumi di Sicilia” via email: info@duft-siziliens.com or in any written form, providing personal data and references contained in the booking voucher. Penalties will be released at that time.

5. Customers’ obligations

The customers must have valid identity documents.

6. Obligations of the agency

If a booking is not available, alternative vacations will be offered at customer’s request.

7. Protection of the Privacy

When you book a stay through the site, you have to give some essential personal information, such as the name, e-mail, address, telephone number. This information allows us to elaborate the booking of the service as well as to give information to the customer about the state of advancement of the booking or possible changes.
All personal data is confidential.

8. Liberatory

As it is allowed by the Italian law in force, the agency reject any explicit or implicit guarantee and the agency will not be responsible of any kind of damage consequent to the use of that site, included direct, indirect, accidental, punitive and consequential damages.

9. Obligatory communication according to the Law 269/98, Art. 16

Crimes of prostitution or juvenile pornography will be penalized with imprisonment according to Italian law, even if these crimes are made in foreign countries.
